Partnering Health Limited has an exciting opportunity for Remote, Home Working General Practitioners to join our team.

As a member of the multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients’ requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management. They will also provide a high specialist resource to other healthcare staff, patients and carers and have active involvement in clinical governance-effectiveness activities.

This role could be an ideal opportunity to join PHL on a permanent part time basis offering remote home working.

The service runs from Sunday from 08:00 – 18:00 and overnights 18:00 – 08:00

General Practitioner (GP) Clinical Duties

• Assess, investigate, diagnose and treat patients presenting with clinical needs which can be met by primary care
• Refer to secondary care where appropriate
  Provide emergency care while waiting for emergency transfer of patient when appropriate
• Manage the flow of patients by balancing the clinical need of the patient with the capacity of the Offer on-site assessment patients who require immediate further investigation and diagnostics

General Practitioner (GP) Skills & Experience:

• An experienced doctor with GP accreditation
• Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list (with no conditions preventing working or restrictions on practice)
• Experience if working in urgent care environment such as A&E, Walk in centres
• Record of on-going CPD and learning
  MRCGP examination or equivalent experience
• Sound knowledge of clinical governance
• Good organisational and IT skills desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written, verbal (Particularly listening skills)
• Good clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis and management of acute Primary care presentations
• Be able to clear an enhanced DBS check/Must be authorised to work in the UK
• Good clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis and management of acute Primary care presentations
